We always strive to offer the highest level of customer service in order to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and as trouble free as possible.

As a trusted new homes developer, we follow consumer codes. These codes benefit both home builders and buyers, because they reinforce best practice and ensure that the level of information and customer service we provide is always of the highest quality. They ensure that new home buyers are treated fairly and are kept fully informed about their purchase before and after they sign the contract.

If you reserved your new home on or after 7th February 2023, the New Homes Quality Code applies.
